The main topics of the event, which is being prepared by CzechTourism in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Czech Republic and the European Commission, will be the EU Directive on package travel services, the upcoming EU legislation on short-term rentals, the expert report Transition Pathway for Tourism (a roadmap of the tourism transition towards a green and digital transformation as a basis for the long-term strategy European Tourism Agenda 2030) and tourism marketing.
The European Tourism Forum will be streamed online on CzechTourism's channels for all interested parties.
The conference will be accompanied by a meeting of the Directors General/Chief Executives/Secretaries General of the EU Member States responsible for tourism and a meeting of representatives of the national tourism centres of the European countries.
On the last day of the conference – 17 November, thematic tours of Prague and the Central Bohemian Region will be prepared for guests.
